Sean is available for private events at Cliff Beach House, including masterclasses in seafood cookery. Also in our stable, bringing our Michelin star count to five, is the Cliff at Lyons, our canal-side, countryside hotel an hour’s drive west of Dublin, with its multi-award winning standalone restaurant, Aimsir.
